Coegfran II is an Offshore 105 which offers a very stable working platform. She’s fitted with a 320HP Iveco Engine giving her a top speed of around 17knots fully loaded and a cruising range of 300 nautical miles.
On-board the boat is fitted with the latest in Simrad touchscreen technology offering GPS chart-plotter capabilities and sonar.
The boat is MCA coded for commercial work and includes all the latest safety equipment including life-raft, life-jackets and first aid equipment.
The extended wheelhouse offers a galley,heads and protection from the elements as well as a practical space to set up survey equipment.
The large deck area is versatile, can accommodate most requirements and includes an integrated dive lift.
A ramp from the carpark to the pontoons gives easy access to the boat.
Looking 4 a boats Charity Work
Since 1995 we have been working with the Eilien Mor MacCormick Trust helping to look after the small historical island in the Sound of Jura. The ojectives of the trust are to hold the island in perpetuity for the recreational, educational and cultural enjoyment of the public at large as well as manage the island and its natural resources to the highest possible standards of conservation in cooperation with Historic Scotland and SNH.
We have been involved in supplying boats to transport volunteers, building products and supplies. We have also volunteered in the building and construction of the Bothy come Visitor Center.

Learn to Scuba Dive in Scotland
Blue Hippo Diving is a friendly PADI dive school based in South Lanarkshire in the West of Scotland. As well as the Discover Scuba Diving experience, we offer the full range of PADI diver training from the world's most popular scuba course, Open Water Diver, through to the professional levels of Divemaster and Assistant Instructor. We are also able to offer a wide range of Speciality Courses to help broaden your skills in different areas of diving, as well as the full range of TecRec Courses, which cater for the more experienced divers who want to learn how to safely venture that bit deeper.
All PADI courses are performance, as opposed to time, based and we will spend as much time as is takes for you to meet all the requirements. We pride ourselves on providing first-class tuition with a strong emphasis on safety and enjoyment.
